Shipping policy

The nature of this business and the wide selection of products do not allow for an all encompassing promise of shipping and delivery.  

Once orders are received, confirmation will be emailed and orders will be processed usually within 48 hours.  Delivery depends on product lead times. 

For larger orders like scales, vacuum pumps, preventative maintenance contracts and/or autoclaves, a conversation will be necessary to make sure the order properly fits the site and situation.
